A psychedelic rarity with a Beach Boys influence. Originally released in 1968 when Nicholls was just 18, it featured a host of star names from the Small Faces, future Humble Pie drummer Jerry Shirley and top session musicians such as Nicky Hopkins, John Paul Jones and Big Jim Sullivan. This edition, specially created for the London-based record shop Sister Ray, is the first time that this album has been released as double-vinyl, featuring plenty of extras and rarities, such as mono versions, outtakes and alternate versions, and there are only 1,000 copies available. Comparing it to the similar expanded CD edition, Now She’s Mine isn’t present, but the I Want To Be Friendly With You outtake, an acoustic version of Always On My Mind and alternate vocal take on Would You Believe are all additions the CD version didn’t have.
