The pioneering punks returned with a storming set steeped exclusively in their first two LPs. From Another Music In A Different Kitchen through Love Bites, we were treated to a set-list including classics from Love Battery to driving Sixteen Again. The band never let up, and excitement reached fever pitch for their 30-minute, albeit contrived, encore. Orgasm Addict, What Do I Get and Everybody’s Happy Nowadays saw Shelley’s usual eccentric vocals, while Diggle’s axe-swinging kept all enthralled. With a six-song climax, the evening came to a pinnacle, the songs having lost none of their vitality.
