Led by brothers Danny and Ernie Gold (guitars and keyboards respectively), plus fine singer Jon Fiore, Preview crafted several light AOR numbers that would please fans of Mike & The Mechanics (see album opener All Night). The big harmonies come into play on Foreigner-lite efforts, including Open Your Heart, before the Bryan Adams-esque pop-rock of So Blind and the Cars-like Never Hold Back. Elsewhere, it’s a mix of balladry, the cod-reggae beat of Can’t Stop The Feeling and the stabbing keys and syn-drums of Love Finds A Way, making for a very 80s period piece.
