This 10” collection of previously unreleased tracks is culled from BBC radio’s Saturday Club, originally broadcast on the Light Programme. Featuring an 18-year-old Cliff plus The Drifters (Bruce Welch, Hank Marvin, Terry “Jet” Harris and Tony Meehan), the recordings include explosive versions of Dynamite, Move It and Rip It Up. The sound quality is variable, from excellent to bootleg, but Cliff and the guys attack each track with gusto, passion, and plenty of Elvis in the singer’s delivery.
