A storming 95-minute, 15-song set from the quintet led by Apollo Papathanasio and sometime Ozzy guitarist, Gus G, kicked off with an emphatic thump in The Ark Of Lies, and the unrelenting tempo continued with the hurtling keys and percussion of Head Up High. Debut LP cut, Destination Forever, showcased stunning fret-work, while new number, Set The World On Fire, stuck to the template. The Fire And The Fury lived up to its drum-heavy name, and other standouts included the guitar-led Chariot, clapalong Mercenary Man and slashing singalong, Till The End Of Time. A grin-inducing cover of Maniac laid the way for an encore taking in a thunderous Into The Fire and closing mass pogo of Falling To Pieces.
