Sonja Kristina and her band of merry men took to the stage at 9:40 after a warm-up with camp-followers and proceeded to knock out a solid 17-song set of mainly vintage fare, the rattling, string-led instrumental roust of Armin giving way to a trademark mellow vocal number, It Happened Today, before a dreamy, ethereal crescendo. Hide And Seek lifted the pastoral prog as Eastern strains flitted by, while Young Mother sparked a clapalong among the venerable audience. The acoustic/keys of Melinda led into the perky Proportions, and a hyper-colourful light show buoyed the audience, captivated by the likes of halfway point, Phantasmagora, and a catchy Easy, with other standouts including Back Street Love, the closing Vivaldi and encore bookend Midnight Wire.
