MISTAKE A LA MODE
After reading your magazine for nearly 20 years and often reading ‘there was a mistake printed’ blah blah blah, thinking ‘Dont these readers have a life?’ – I find one myself and thought I would (not have a life) and bring it to your attention.
In your March Issue, in The Song Remains The Same, John Hall says that the ‘only cover that Depeche Mode have recorded is a version of Dirt By the Stooges’…. this is of course wrong. On the Depeche Mode 101 movie they play Route 66 and almost every piece of on the road footage contains part of this song by them. It’s been a while coming contacting you: put it down to getting older and I am finding it hard to ‘get a life’ myself these days with music today.
